Most of the diets involve a period of several months' out-of-the-ordinary eating habits. Once you finish your diet, you find hard to keep those habits and when you go back to your usual way of eating, you quickly gain the kilos that you lost.

Phase 3 - Develop your own nutritional program to stay fit in the long term.
