PILATES

The advantage of the Pilates Methode versus any other physical discipline is its flexibility to adapt itself to the specific needs of each person. The two main uses of the Pilates Methode are:

  • Pilates Fitness To correct and improve your muscular structure, gain flexibility and strength.

  • Pilates Fisiotherapeutic. Designed for people who need to recover from a muscular injury, or a long period of physical inactivity, or any kind of physical pathology.



Each session can be Single (one person) or Duo (two persons). They are given by a Peak Pilates International Instructor with several years' Pilates working experience and qualified with the highest level of Pilates education (Peak Pilates Comprehensive Certification).

We have chosen Peak Pilates as our working methodology because it is based in the classic pilates form, as developed by Joseph Pilates, the founder of the discipline.

Peak Pilates, a premium brand in the pilates equipment market, is also our equipment provider because of the high quality of the materials and variety of accesoires they offer.
